These days many people seem to be suffering from some sort of mental health issues. In the past we didn't tend to discuss it openly, and no doubt the suffering was even greater for the individuals involved. I myself, went through a particularly difficult time, whilst working at the Nursing Home I was employed at. I won't bore you all with the details, but it has been a difficult journey to get to where I am at the moment, hence the very long gap between my blog posts.
But I haven't been idle during this time, my partner and I have had many enjoyable excursions since my last entry. I hope to write about some of them. One of our excursions was a coach trip to the delightful town of Lynmouth. I managed to take quite a reasonable photo of The Rising Sun, an excellent pub. This was a highlight of 2023.
